Location
- Just on the edge of the village Sainte Alvère (general shopping, bank & restaurants) with a lot of specialised markets such as the Truffe markets during the winter season, "Come and learn how to do your own Foie Gras" stalls, or the Nocturnal Producers markets in July and August

- Maurice is our on-site caretaker. He will be happy to show you how to work the mill and to help you during your stay should you need it.
